About The Job
The Front Desk Admin is responsible for being an ambassador of the academy and along with the owners should embody the culture of the academy so that each student and parent that comes into the academy will feel a part of the community! This person should communicate effectively, and understand and portray the important messaging that the owner wants everyone to know.
This part-time position holds several key priorities including learning all dancers names and which parents they belong to, prioritize in person communication over phone or other admin work, make every person who walks through the door feel welcome and loved, sending birthday cards/emails each month, maintaining clear communication via BAND (academy communication platform), and completing designated steps of enrollment process.

Administration Management: Perform daily studio checks, manage scheduling, and maintain front desk supplies and informational materials. Ensure the academy is well-stocked, organized, and ready for operations each day.

Quick Learner: Be proficient in using our software systems for communication, scheduling, and student management. Quickly adapt to new tools and technologies to support the team efficiently.
